Our Primary Headteachers' Conference is always a much anticipated, two-day annual event and a perfect opportunity to hear from leading experts, pick up new ideas and network with your colleagues from schools across the county.
After the success of last year’s conference, we’re once again hosting the event at the Hinxton Hall Conference Centre, Cambridgeshire which is set in the beautiful grounds of the Wellcome Genome Campus, an inspiring setting with learning and growth at its heart.
Our focus this year is on cultivating wellbeing and inspiration in leadership and during the conference we’ll empower you to go on and create and sustain a culture of wellbeing within your school community. We understand the importance of self-care as a foundation for sustainable leadership and the need for headteachers to build the confidence and capacity to lead with resilience and optimism.
Throughout the conference you’ll hear from our outstanding keynote speakers, take part in productive workshops and benefit from opportunities to reflect on your leadership journey and identify areas for personal and professional growth. You’ll return to your school better equipped to balance traditional leadership demands with progressive, wellbeing-focused approaches.
This is an unmissable conference for current primary Headteachers.
The workshops and keynote talks run across the two days and have a variety of content and networking opportunities. This ensures that colleagues who are only able to join for day one of the conference still have a range of workshops and keynotes to choose from and attend.
