Herts for Learning Ltd – Annual General Meeting 2026
The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Herts for Learning Ltd, trading as HFL Education, will take place on Monday 28 September 2026 at 5.00pm via Microsoft Teams.
How to join the AGM
The AGM will be held online using Microsoft Teams, making it easy for members to join remotely from wherever they are.
At the beginning of September 2026, the Notice of AGM, together with registration details and a proxy voting form, will be sent to the Headteacher/CEO and Chair of Governors/Trustees of all HFL shareholding schools. Once registered, attendees will receive joining instructions directly from Microsoft Teams.
The AGM is an excellent opportunity for HFL members to hear about the organisation's progress, share their views and engage directly with the Board of Directors. If you are unable to attend personally, you are welcome to nominate a representative from your school to attend on your behalf. They can register using the Microsoft Teams link provided in your AGM notice.
Proxy voting
We encourage all HFL members to submit their proxy votes in advance of the meeting using the form included with the Notice of AGM. Submitting a proxy vote does not prevent shareholders from attending the virtual AGM or from voting online during the meeting itself.
Completed proxy forms should be returned by email to Board@hfleducation.org no later than 12pm noon on Monday 28 September 2026.
