Online GCSE revision support at the right time of year
Every stage of Year 11 brings different challenges. That is why the GCSE revision workshop programme is planned around the school year, from early preparation and mock exam support through to spring revision and the final exam push.
Our secondary English, maths and science advisers deliver GCSE and A level maths live online revision workshops each autumn and spring term. These targeted sessions help students review key topics, practise exam-style questions, and build exam confidence.

2026 Autumn GCSE revision workshops
Our Autumn GCSE Revision Masterclasses are live online sessions designed to help students prepare for mock exams, GCSE resits and the start of Year 11 revision. The autumn offer begins in October 2026 and focuses on helping students build confidence, strengthen key skills and prepare for mocks and resits.
What autumn GCSE revision support is available?
AQA GCSE English Language Writing Masterclasses
The autumn English offer includes two AQA GCSE English Language Writing Masterclasses covering the writing sections of AQA English Language Papers 1 and 2.
Available English masterclasses last for 1.5 hours and include:
- Creative Writing Masterclass
- Persuasive Writing Masterclass
Price: £15 per student per session
GCSE Maths Intensive Masterclasses
The autumn maths offer includes two GCSE Maths Intensive Masterclasses covering core Foundation GCSE maths topics.
Available maths masterclasses last for 2 hours and include:
- Number and Algebra
- Ratio, Proportion, Geometry and Measures
These online GCSE maths revision sessions provide targeted support for students preparing for mock exams and GCSE resits.

Full Mock and Re-take Support
The autumn offer also includes Full Mock and Re-take Support, giving access to all four autumn masterclasses for £49*.

2027 Spring GCSE revision workshops
Our live Spring GCSE Revision Workshops provide targeted online revision support as GCSE exams approach.
Starting from January 2027, the spring programme covers AQA English, GCSE maths and AQA science, helping students revisit key topics, strengthen exam skills and feel more confident in the run-up to their final exams.
2027 AQA GCSE English Revision Masterclasses
AQA GCSE English Literature Masterclasses
Each two-hour English Literature session supports students with key AQA GCSE texts and poetry. The sessions are designed to help students understand how strong responses are built, revisit important themes and characters, and feel more confident about exam requirements.

AQA GCSE English Language Writing Masterclasses
Each English Language writing masterclass lasts 90 minutes and focuses on the writing sections of AQA GCSE English Language Paper 1 and Paper 2, helping students develop their writing skills and prepare for the written demands of the exam.
Available English Language writing masterclasses include:
- AQA Language Paper 1 - Creative Writing (Grades 4 to 7)
- AQA Language Paper 1 - Targeting the Top: Grade 8 and 9 Creative Writing (new for this year)
- AQA Language Paper 2 - Persuasive Writing

GCSE Maths revision workshops
Our secondary maths advisers will be leading topic-based online GCSE maths revision workshops designed to support students at different stages of exam preparation. The spring maths programme includes Foundation workshops for students working towards Grades 4 and 5, Higher workshops for students working towards Grades 6 and 7, and a dedicated Grade 8 and 9 Masterclass.
The Foundation workshops focus on strengthening core understanding and confidence in key GCSE maths topics. The Higher workshops support students with more challenging content, helping them consolidate knowledge and prepare for exam-style questions.
Each Foundation and Higher workshop lasts 50 minutes, allowing students to focus on specific topics in manageable sessions.
Total Maths
The Total Maths package gives access to all 24 Foundation and Higher workshops, plus four free downloadable revision workbooks (Grade 4-7) worth over £30, for £99 per student. The Grade 8 and 9 Masterclass is not included in the Total Maths package*.

New for this year: Targeting the Top Grade 8 and 9 GCSE Maths Masterclass
This two-hour online masterclass is designed for students aiming for the highest GCSE maths grades and provides focused support with more challenging maths thinking, problem-solving and exam preparation. It lasts two hours and costs £20 per student.
AQA GCSE Science Revision Workshops
Delivered by HFL Education’s experienced science advisers, our AQA GCSE science remote revision workshops provide active, engaging and highly focused preparation across biology, chemistry and physics for the 2027 exams. Running throughout the spring term, the programme includes 9 sessions for students working towards Grades 6/7 and 14 sessions aimed at Grades 4/5, giving students targeted support at the level they need most.
Across all sessions, students will revisit key scientific content, work with high-quality model responses and apply Maths and Required Practical skills within the relevant topics.
Each workshop lasts 50 minutes, offering short, focused revision that students can attend individually or in consecutive blocks.

2027 A level maths revision masterclasses for students
Our A level Maths Fundamentals Masterclass Series offers focused, after-school online revision for students who want to strengthen the core skills that underpin success at A level maths.
Led by HFL Education’s secondary maths advisers, each three-hour online masterclass supports students aiming for grades up to and including Grade B, while students working towards A or A* may also find the sessions valuable for consolidating key learning.
Individual masterclasses cost £50 per student, or students can access all five masterclasses for £200 per student.
