As the education sector continues to evolve, so too do the expectations and responsibilities placed on governing boards and academy trust boards. To ensure governance support remains relevant, high-quality and responsive to changing priorities, HFL Education, working in partnership with Bucks Education Partnership, is reviewing its current Governance Services offer.
We are inviting school governors and trust board members to take part in a short survey to help shape the future direction of our governance support. Your feedback will play an important role in evaluating the effectiveness, value and relevance of the services currently provided, as well as identifying where changes or enhancements may be beneficial.
Why your feedback matters
Strong governance underpins effective schools and trusts. With increasing accountability, legislative change and evolving governance structures across maintained schools and academies, it is vital that boards are well informed, confident in their role and equipped to provide strategic oversight and challenge.
Responses to this survey will help our Governance teams:
- Understand how well current services meet the needs of governors and trustees
- Identify gaps or opportunities for further support
- Ensure future services reflect emerging priorities and statutory responsibilities
- Continue to deliver practical, compliant and proportionate governance support
