We’re pleased to share a new programme of free RISE East of England Teaching Exchange webinars, running from September 2026 to March 2027. Created for school leaders, teachers and subject leads across the East of England, the sessions will share practical ideas to help strengthen teaching, raise attainment and improve KS2 outcomes.
We’re delighted that HFL colleagues Kate Kellner-Dilks, Ben Fuller, Kathy Roe and Ellen Counter will be sharing their expertise as part of the programme:
- Kate Kellner-Dilks will co-host two sessions of Enhancing Maths across KS2 Through Question-level Analysis and High-impact Pedagogy for maths leads, on 13th and 19th October 2026.
- Ben Fuller will co-host two sessions of Understanding and acting on your IDSR for senior leaders, on 25th January and 4th February 2027.
- Kathy Roe and Ellen Counter will co-host two sessions of KS2 Writing: Harnessing the Writing Framework Messages for English leads, on 18th and 22nd March 2027.
Alongside these HFL-led webinars, the wider programme offers practical support across a range of KS2 priorities, including:
- raising attainment and supporting success in Year 6
- strengthening adaptive practice, vocabulary teaching and support for disadvantaged pupils
- developing maths and English teaching across KS2
- using assessment information and the IDSR to plan effective action
Each webinar is free to attend and is offered on two dates, making it easier to choose a time that works for you.
