We are seeking enthusiastic and proactive Senior HR Advisers to join our team. We currently have two opportunities available: a permanent Senior HR Adviser role with a specialist focus on supporting our GDPR and DPO services, and a fixed term maternity cover Senior HR Adviser role.
The roles are varied, dynamic, and interesting covering the full remit of generalist HR, with significant involvement in the management of complex employee relations casework, as well as supporting our customers with complex projects and consultancy.
There are also numerous projects you will lead and own including running an HR forum, project managing HR training events, and leading on our blog presence and thought leadership.
You'll be part of a team that values flexibility and pragmatism and has a heart for making a real difference. Your expertise will empower our school customers to build strong, collaborative teams, ensure a positive impact on both staff and students.
To be suitable for this role you will need to demonstrate an inquisitive, solution-focused dynamic approach to HR practice, with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective working relationships with a range of senior stakeholders.

Hours: There is some flexibility in hours for the right candidate. Typically, all roles will work a minimum of between 30 – 37 hours per week, across either 52 weeks or Term Time Only + 2 weeks (40 weeks per year)

Salary: From £35,000 (FTE) per annum, depending on experience.

Location: Hybrid working consisting of remote working and the flexibility to work across educational settings in Hertfordshire and neighbouring counties as required. Working a minimum of 1 day per week from our Head office in Stevenage, Hertfordshire and as required to meet business needs.
