Our SEND Conference 2027: The Inclusion Imperative brings SENCOs, inclusion leads and leaders of SEND together for an in-person day of practical insight, professional learning and reflection. Taking place at the Fielder Centre, Hatfield, the conference will explore how early identification can lead to meaningful impact for children and young people with special educational needs and disability.

With the theme from early identification to impact: making inclusion work in every classroom, the day will support colleagues to strengthen inclusive practice across schools and settings. Through keynote speakers, practical workshops and networking opportunities, delegates will consider how to translate the inclusion imperative into everyday classroom practice and build places and spaces where every learner can belong, thrive and achieve.

Who should attend?

Our conference is designed for SENCOs, inclusion leads, headteachers, senior leaders and other colleagues with responsibility for leading SEND and inclusion. It will be especially relevant for those looking to develop strategic leadership of inclusion, strengthen early identification and support high-quality adaptive practice across classrooms.
