Unforeseen circumstances mean your academy trust may occasionally need some additional support within its Chief Finance Officer (CFO) function.

What is the Chief Finance Officer Support Service?
We work either in an interim or support role to provide tailored help and guidance within the CFO function.
In some cases, this may be in the form of practical support – such as consolidated monthly reporting packs, cash flow forecasting, finance team support, or Education and Skills Funding Agency (ESFA) returns.
In other instances, you may need us to provide our Chief Finance Officer Mentoring programme for staff who are new in role. This covers areas such as the Academies Trust Handbook and regulatory framework, funding, budget setting, ESFA reporting requirements and Integrated Curriculum and Financial Planning.
The programme can be tailored to your specific requirements and the above list is not exhaustive.
