As part of our Black History Month celebrations the incredible Kit Brown, teacher, footballer, and community leader joined us for a ‘Big Talk’ at his old school in Hertfordshire. Kit, a local role model and TikTok star, with two million followers, inspired students as he shared his experiences with them.
We are immensely proud of the work we do with schools on equality and inclusion. Our trained race equality adviser, Shammi Rahman offers creative, practical, and effective support to help schools improve race equity. Her anti-racism training receives consistently good feedback.
