The role
We are seeking a dynamic Primary English Teaching and Learning Adviser to join our team and make a profound impact on the next generation of English learners. Could that be you?
As a member of the HFL Education Primary English team you will be at the forefront of innovative and impactful practice.
We are looking for a passionate and experienced educator and leader with a drive for school improvement. You’ll be someone who holds a qualified teacher status (QTS) and experience of supporting teachers and leaders in a variety of settings, with demonstrable impact on learning outcomes. You’ll have invested in your own professional development and be abreast of current educational research.
You will join a team of like-minded individuals who deliver training, consultancy, and resources to empower teachers and help drive school improvement in Hertfordshire and beyond.
If you think this could be the next step in your career, contact us and embark on a journey of educational excellence!
Our ‘working from anywhere’ approach provides colleagues the opportunity to work flexibly in line with their role requirements. This consists of working on-site across various schools and settings, remote working and, if desired, up to 2 days per week in our Head Office in Stevenage, Hertfordshire. The ability to reach different locations by car will be essential for this role. If you drive, then a full driving licence and appropriate car insurance will be required. As there is a permanent home working element to this role, you will need to ensure you are equipped for home working.
