The role

We are looking for a dynamic, proactive and enthusiastic individual to join our expanding Data Management Services team.
This is a customer facing role, providing Management Information Systems (MIS) software support and training to schools and other education settings. You’ll be helping customers get the most from their systems, solving problems, answering queries and delivering training with confidence and clarity.

What we’re looking for

You don’t need to tick every technical box – attitude and potential matter more than experience.

We’re particularly interested in candidates who bring great communication skills with a friendly, helpful approach, show enthusiasm and curiosity with a genuine willingness to learn, and have a strong passion for supporting customers while consistently striving to exceed their expectations.

Experience of working with Arbor, Bromcom or SIMS, particularly in a secondary school environment or a customer support desk, would be beneficial, as would experience in software support. However, full training will be provided for the right candidate.

Our ‘working from anywhere’ approach provides colleagues the opportunity to work flexibly in line with their role requirements. This consists of working on-site across various schools and settings, remote working and 1 day per week in our Head Office in Stevenage, Hertfordshire. The ability to reach different locations by car will be essential for this role. If you drive, then a full driving licence and appropriate car insurance will be required. As there is a permanent home working element to this role, you will need to ensure you are equipped for home working.
