Financial services SLA and documents

The Service Level Agreement (SLA) for Financial Services is in a shorter format this year covering key aspects of the service and an ‘at a glance’ summary of services (pages 7-8) which shows options that can be added if required by your school/setting.

The Glossary of Terms provides a reference to the financial terminology used, whilst the SLA Appendix 1 links to the location of the more detailed service document for each of the services, Diamond, Gold, Silver and Bronze. The documents should be read in conjunction with each other to allow you to double check the service and options meet your needs.

The service is constantly evolving to meet the needs and requests from our customers both in delivery of the service and in training options for your school. This year we have included a training bundle as part of the Helpdesk offer which you will be able to access to upskill yourselves and your teams.

We will continue the successful, professional development and mentoring in place for our teams to enable them to support you as you face challenging financial budgets. Financial Services is now part of the Financial Sustainability Services family of teams, providing a more joined up holistic and solution focused approach around schools and settings.

We will also keep you up to date with any changes during the year through our Alerts and Technical Guidance (formerly bulletins) or via the School Bulletin.
