The role
Are you an experienced Early Years Leader or Childminder who wants to make a difference to children in Hertfordshire and beyond? We are recruiting for an Early Years Consultant to join our friendly and collaborative team. With a passion for striving for excellence in early years, we are looking for someone who has recent experience leading a PVI setting or Childminding business. Our team provides support and training to settings and childminders in Hertfordshire and beyond to benefit children’s learning and development. You will play a vital role in shaping the future of early childhood education, working closely with Early Years Settings and Childminders, delivering tailored training, conducting support visits and developing innovative products and services. If you are passionate about early childhood education and would like to join our team, we would love to hear from you.
Our ‘working from anywhere’ approach provides colleagues the opportunity to work flexibly in line with their role requirements. This consists of working on-site across various settings, remote working and, if desired, up to 2 days per week in our Head Office in Stevenage, Hertfordshire. The ability to reach different locations by car will be essential for this role. A full driving licence and appropriate car insurance will be required. As there is a permanent home working element to this role, you will need to ensure you are equipped for home working.
